Simon Ekin (South Africa) – Simon runs a coaching business helping men get their Mojo back.

Simon talked about the power of making one-to-one connections with the “50 Coffees Approach” developed by Michael Ehling. This is a simple, but powerful way to meet and network with a lot more people without the pressure of what you usually think of as marketing and selling.

Alistair Dryburgh (UK) – Alastair helps professional service businesses develop pricing strategies that enable them to be fully paid for their brilliance.

Alistair talked about the power of the 80/20 rule when it comes to focusing your marketing. 1 – The ideal selection of clients, 2 – the ideal offering, and 3 – the way in which you deliver your services. This results in more money, and better results for the client in less time. He shared the actual case study of how he did this in his own consulting business. Brilliant Stuff.

Jim Smith (US) – Jim is The Executive Happiness Coach. He supports mid-level and senior leaders across the globe to reduce their stress, improve well-being, and build a more confident executive presence.

Jim Shared about the power of a very clear marketing message and gave a story from his own business of how he settled on a message several years ago that gets the attention of prospective clients, plus the power of giving a sample of his coaching to turn prospective clients into paying clients.

He also shared this powerful formula for action:

1. If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it.

2. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no.

3. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place.

And then, finally, I shared the value of offering a guarantee for your services that increases sales, enables you to sell a higher-end program, and turning a higher percentage of prospects into new clients.
