By the way, if you’re a G-mail user, there’s a chance that this confirmation email was routed to your promotions folder. Here’s how to handle that:

One of the simplest ways to move an email is to left-click and hold on the email and drag it from the Promotions tab over to the Primary tab. Releasing the mouse will drop the email into the primary tab. After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent. That’s it, you’ll always get my email from now on.

Also, if you sometimes have problems receiving email subscriptions, make sure any mail from action@actionplan.com is on your email whitelist. How this is managed, depends on your email host.
